Configure Spending Rules
Start narrow, then expand intentionally.
A wallet needs a wallet-scoped spending rule before it can spend. Add a DAILY_LIMIT or PER_TRANSACTION_LIMIT, then use allowlists, blocklists and APPROVAL_THRESHOLD to fit the agent's task.
