Paymod persists append-only audit events for account creation, wallet and credential actions, intent decisions, approvals and completed settlements. Financial Intents also persist policy trace, decision reason and settlement data.
The dashboard Activity page answers which wallet requested an action, which decision occurred and what happened next. The current audit API is account-scoped and returns recent events.
