Typed TypeScript access.
@paymod/sdk exports PaymodClient. It supports getBalance, getBudget, transfer, getRequestStatus, waitForRequest and payX402. Transfer returns AUTHORIZED, WAITING_APPROVAL or DENIED.
Amounts are atomic integer strings, decimals depend on which rail a wallet is on. Circle USDC is six decimals, so 0.25 USDC is "250000".
