Webhooks
No outbound event subscription API yet.
Telegram has an inbound webhook used only to receive approval commands. Paymod does not currently expose outbound product webhooks, event signatures, retries or event subscriptions for customer applications.
Use intent polling, GET /v1/intents/:id and the audit API today.
